The best place to live in Brandon! I have been living here for a year and I have never had any incidents with anyone or anything and there are very good neighbors! The staff is extremely friendly, the ladies in the main office always give you excellent service, Emily, Aniya thank you very much!! and all the maintenance staff are 100% friendly and do their job well. I am very grateful to Mr. Eddie, Raul and Rey!

I’m not a resident, but I recently stopped by with a friend who lives here and was dealing with some financial challenges. We spoke with Aniya, and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions with patience and care. My friend was really stressed out, but Aniya worked with her to set up a payment plan, helping her get back on track. I was really impressed by the level of customer service!

I had a great experience speaking with Aniya over the phone about the apartment community. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in detail. Aniya made me feel confident about the property, and I can’t wait for the upcoming tour. 10/10

I have been a resident at Providence lakes apts for 4 years. I've resigned my lease twice. I love my beautiful apartment and my friendly neighbors in the complex. The office staff and maintenance crew are timely and efficient. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and we also enjoy the grilling pavilion. ....come live at Providence lakes apts you won't regret it!! Laura Roman...
