I had a great experience speaking with Aniya over the phone about the apartment community. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in detail. Aniya made me feel confident about the property, and I can’t wait for the upcoming tour. 10/10

I have been a resident at Providence lakes apts for 4 years. I've resigned my lease twice. I love my beautiful apartment and my friendly neighbors in the complex. The office staff and maintenance crew are timely and efficient. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and we also enjoy the grilling pavilion. ....come live at Providence lakes apts you won't regret it!! Laura Roman...

The staff at Providence Lakes are very friendly and helpful. Tamara Beasley directly worked with me to get me setup with an apartment, and she did an outstanding job! She made the process easy as possible.

The condo is very quiet most of the time. Eddy, the mainance is always attentive and willing to quickly resolve orders. 10 stars for him.
