The staff at Providence Lake Apartments was amazing during my walkthrough. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made the process so easy from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Great experience overall — you can tell they really care about their residents

Eddy came in to replace our AC unit, and he did a fantastic job. Not only did he replace it but he was fun to talk to.. this man has such a good heart and is very much appreciated by me.. This man needs a raise for all the great work he does. 5-Stars all around for him, no doubt. Thank you Eddy for your hardwork❤️

I just renewed my lease and had an amazing experience! Maritza, Emilis, and Aniya were all incredibly helpful. The customer service was phenomenal—Maritza even helped me install the Loft app, which was a huge help. Everyone I interacted with was full of positive energy and on point. Thank you all so much!

We went to visit a family member and their apt was beautiful, with plenty of storage space, washer and dryer, beautiful landscaping all around the complex!! Which by the way is well managed!!
