I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The staff was always assertive to my questions and got back to me quickly, they worked with me on any issues I may have had and the maintenance team here is by far the best I have ever experienced - I have lived in a lot of places around the country. The noise level in this community was great (at least on my part) and had pleasant sleep every night. The location is great because you are around everything (malls, restaurants) and the freeway is not too far off.

I had to write a review because I've rented at a few complexes in both Brandon and St Pete and it is so rare to find an apartment that is decent for the price you pay, safe, and not riddled with issues. Providence Lakes is one of those. If I didn't have to relocate due to the high cost of my commute, I would've happily stayed. The office staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. The application/move-in process was smooth and quick - I was given a tour of the actual unit I rented so there were no surprises at move-in. There are additional fees which have to be paid each month in addition to base rent, but I was informed of these when I first inquired about renting and long before I ever signed a lease, so it was not a surprise. From my experience that is pretty standard when renting an apartment in a community anyway. I absolutely loved my apartment and the only issue I ever had was with the AC unit struggling to keep up, especially in the summer, but maintenance was prompt in coming to fix it. In fact, I think that is the only thing I ever needed to place a maintenance request for at all. The community itself is well-maintained and quiet. They are very transparent about charges and the expectations for the condition/cleanliness of the apartment at move-out. I did not get hit with mysterious charges or cleaning fees, or a bill sent to collections without notification and an itemized list of charges, which unfortunately seems to be the standard at a lot of apartment complexes. I really appreciated the communication, transparency, and organization from the staff here. This is a truly wonderful place to live in Brandon and I can't recommend it enough

I had an amazing experience working with Emilis and Maritza during my apartment leasing process. They both assisted me to secure my apartment in just one day, Emilis was extremely friendly, personable, and welcoming. She gave me a wonderful tour of the community and made me feel comfortable and excited throughout the process. Maritza handled all of the paperwork and documentation seamlessly. She made everything stress-free Jasmin for making my move-in day such a smooth and welcoming experience. She made sure I received all of my keys for the apartment, mailbox, and pool area, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would also like to recognize Raul and Ray for the excellent service they provided while completing my maintenance request. They responded in a very timely manner, were professional throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was completed properly.

She gave me a tour around the apartment complex and showed me the units and I was very impressed with her hospitality I wish everyone was kind and informative like her. Providence Lakes has been great to me! I've been here for a few years & they have always been prompt tending to all of my needs in my home. Eddy is a very attentive, respectful & polite technician, who listens & ensures all of my concerns are addressed. Emilis has been compassionate & accommodating to me while I navigated through a personal life event. Raul & Rey have been very respectful & kind to me throughout all of my interactions with them over the years! Maritza has been very sweet & helpful. Everyone has made my experience here feel comfortable & safe, thank you for making this a great community to live in!
