I moved here late November last year, last minute decision. And I’m grateful that I picked providence to settle down. Aniya was amazing! The community is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. What really stood out to me was the team’s focus on resident retention. It’s clear they care about keeping people happy long-term, which is a rare and refreshing mindset these days. Maritza, in particular, my experience with her was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable—not just about the property itself, but about the surrounding area too.
