Tamara was SO helpful and quick to respond during my move in process. I am so excited to be a part of this community. The grounds are very clean, pool is gorgeous, and the apartment was very clean on move in day. The welcome basket was lovely and just put a huge smile on my face having had to move due to hurricane damage to my last apartment. Would highly recommend!

OMG Tamara did awesome. She was Great she answered all my questions. She was super nice. I was in and out of the office and she didn’t get agitated at me. She was great! very happy and I love my little welcome basket that she put in here. I appreciate the little things like that.

The best place to live in Brandon! I have been living here for a year and I have never had any incidents with anyone or anything and there are very good neighbors! The staff is extremely friendly, the ladies in the main office always give you excellent service, Emily, Aniya thank you very much!! and all the maintenance staff are 100% friendly and do their job well. I am very grateful to Mr. Eddie, Raul and Rey!

I’m not a resident, but I recently stopped by with a friend who lives here and was dealing with some financial challenges. We spoke with Aniya, and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions with patience and care. My friend was really stressed out, but Aniya worked with her to set up a payment plan, helping her get back on track. I was really impressed by the level of customer service!
