When I tell you in my 25 years of living in apartments, this maintenance team is one in a billion. Eddy, Ra’ul, and Rey have been so incredibly good to us. Any hour of the day, rain or shine, they have been here to help us within minutes of the call! To be honest, when we resigned our lease, we made the decision almost entirely because of the maintenance team here. They genuinely feel like family at this point and I won’t leave here because I’ve never had a team to caring, tentative, and friendly! I love these guys! They’re easily the backbone of this entire community!

The leasing team (Maritza and Aniya) were great helping me work through my situation and got me where I needed to be. From start to finish they have been there. Very happy with the apartment so far.
