Going on my third year at Providence Lakes Apartments and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Quiet and peaceful. The maintenance team specifically Eddie, goes above and beyond to make sure my apartment is in top shape year round. When he sees me he asks how things are and how the last repair is doing. He helps me throw things in the compactor if he’s there. Let’s me know when the landscapers are going to do my parking spot if I want to move my truck since he knows I like to keep it very clean. Cleans up around the building when he sees anything. Super attentive even on emergency after hours calls. A real pleasure having someone that hard working around.

A big shout out to Marisol and Emily and the other young lady in the office. These women are a gift to this community. I am so thankful for there efforts, understanding and professionalism in this process. I will forever be grateful to them. God bless you guys.
