I want to give a big thank-you to Eddy from the maintenance team. Every time I’ve had a maintenance request, he has been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he’s fixing and makes sure the problem is fully resolved before leaving. What really stands out about Eddy is his positive attitude and the pride he takes in his work. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping residents and keeping the apartments in great condition. Maintenance issues can be stressful, but having someone reliable like Eddy makes a big difference. I completely agree with the other reviews that mention him — he goes above and beyond and provides excellent service. Providence Lakes is lucky to have him on the team.

I was recently looking for a place to move and came across Providence Lakes. I filled out some information and Maritza called me back immediately to set up a tour the next day! Thankfully to her, I have now found a home. She was very patient and helpful from start to end and ensured I was taken care of. I cannot thank her enough for the time she took to help me. Her passion and willingness to help others shows in what she does. She is such a huge asset to the Providence Lakes team!

I recently moved into Providence Lake Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, especially thanks to Maritza. From the moment I expressed interest in the apartment, Maritza was incredibly helpful and attentive. She guided me through the entire leasing process, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. Maritza’s professionalism and warmth made the move-in experience seamless. She was always available to assist with any concerns and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order before I settled in. The attention to detail and the personalized service she provided truly stood out to me. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and provide a welcoming atmosphere. However, it's the staff, particularly Maritza, that transforms the experience from good to great. Her dedication and genuine care for residents make Providence Lake Apartments a fantastic place to call home. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a supportive environment with a fantastic management team!

I just have to say I’m so happy with my experience! Jasmin went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and in a timely manner too! I love the apartment so excited to be apart of the community. It’s very clean and calm.

I stopped in to look at some apartments and right from the beginning I was warmly welcomed. Maritza took me in and gave me all the information I requested. She then proceeded to show me a few different apartments available. I gladly chose one, and I love it. It’s all updated and has everything I need. Maritza was so helpful, and me being from a different generation I’m not very tech suave, but she took the time and helped me every step of the way. I would have been lost with out her. Highly recommend.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the leasing office team at Providence Lakes Apartments has treated us; first as prospective tenants and now as residents. I went to numerous other apartment complexes in the area, and only when I came here did I feel at home. Emilis, Maritza, and Jasmin were not only wonderful to work with, but also genuinely seemed to care about all of my questions. Their communication is both timely and thorough, and the few maintenance requests we've had were addressed immediately. We've now been here close to a month, and couldn't be happier! Thank you again Emilis, Maritza, and Jasmin!
