I just have to say I’m so happy with my experience! Jasmin went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and in a timely manner too! I love the apartment so excited to be apart of the community. It’s very clean and calm.

I stopped in to look at some apartments and right from the beginning I was warmly welcomed. Maritza took me in and gave me all the information I requested. She then proceeded to show me a few different apartments available. I gladly chose one, and I love it. It’s all updated and has everything I need. Maritza was so helpful, and me being from a different generation I’m not very tech suave, but she took the time and helped me every step of the way. I would have been lost with out her. Highly recommend.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the leasing office team at Providence Lakes Apartments has treated us; first as prospective tenants and now as residents. I went to numerous other apartment complexes in the area, and only when I came here did I feel at home. Emilis, Maritza, and Jasmin were not only wonderful to work with, but also genuinely seemed to care about all of my questions. Their communication is both timely and thorough, and the few maintenance requests we've had were addressed immediately. We've now been here close to a month, and couldn't be happier! Thank you again Emilis, Maritza, and Jasmin!

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE MOVING IN HERE: my fiance and I have been at Providence lakes for almost 2 years. When I tell you in my 25 years of living in apartments, this maintenance team is one in a billion. Eddy, Ra’ul, and Rey have been so incredibly good to us. Any hour of the day, rain or shine, they have been here to help us within minutes of the call! To be honest, when we resigned our lease, we made the decision almost entirely because of the maintenance team here. They genuinely feel like family at this point and I won’t leave here because I’ve never had a team to caring, tentative, and friendly! I love these guys! They’re easily the backbone of this entire community!

I’ve been living here for six years, and I never see myself moving anywhere else. I’m staying here! The maintenance and office teams are always upbeat, positive, and hardworking. Every time I come into the office, I’m greeted warmly—especially by Maritza. Her compassion and willingness to help are always outstanding. Today, I had an issue with the Loft app, and she was able to quickly resolve it and help me get back into the portal. Thank you, ladies, for everything you do!
